A very interesting winter school on "Training teachers in competence based education" is to be held in Lithuania. The planned Winter School, organised/hosted by Metis Baltic, has been validated by the Lithuanian National Agency and it is published in the Comenius-Grundtvig Training Database with the reference number "LT-2013-029-001".
